Hiking & Trekking
After an early breakfast at your hotel in Arusha, you will be transferred (approximately 2 hours) to Marangu Gate, the entrance of Kilimanjaro National Park. After registration and briefing, your adventure begins.
The trail winds through dense montane rainforest, home to towering eucalyptus trees, colorful birdlife, and black-and-white colobus monkeys. The hike is gentle and scenic, allowing you to acclimatize gradually. Upon arrival at Mandara Hut, you may take a short optional walk to Maundi Crater for panoramic views across Northern Tanzania and toward Kenya on a clear day.

Standing at Uhuru Peak is a life-changing achievement. After celebrating and taking photos, you descend back to Kibo Hut for a short rest, then continue down to Horombo Hut for your final night on the mountain.
